Answer
To wear an Amaamah (turban) is the Sunnah of our beloved Rasul (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam). (Shamaail)
Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) had a black, white and green Amaamah (Ibid)
and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
