i am a member of a club. the club provides sports facilities such as bowling ally, tennis, health club, swimming pool etc. furthermore it also provides different type of eating facilities such as fast food restaurant and continental food restaurant etc. the facilities are provided under one roof. i had given Rs 25000 as subscription fee to become the member of this club. now for new members the subscription fees is Rs 1 million. the club offers that if i surrender my membership then it will give me back 50% of one million. this will benefit club as it will get a new member in my place which will give one million. this is on offer as the club cannot make further members according to law unless old members withdraw. i want to ask that if i withdraw i will get Rs 0.5 million. will this money be halal or haram and can i use this money as i have paid 25000 and now i am receiveing 0.5 million.
