Answer
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
It is important for a person to do exercise as it helps in keeping a person fit and healthy. However, this should be done within the limits of shariah.
A person should try to perform ghusl as soon as possible. It is permissible to go out of the house in the state of janabah.
It is permissible for women to dye their hair. However, it is not permissible to use black dye.
Islam emphasises modesty and considers it to be part of Iman. Islam also encourages a woman to adorn herself for her husband. She could do so in a way she feel to be appropriate.
And Allah knows best
