my wife is having an affair what should i do i have 4 kids and she has no intention of stopping she admits to it and asks forgiveness every time i catch her its been over 17 years she 's been having affair with different mens and flerting with nephews

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Your wife knows what she is doing is wrong. She confesses her wrong and even asks for forgiveness. She should be informed that her extra marital affairs are also a sin and a violation of the laws of Allah. Seeking your forgiveness is not enough. Zina is also a violation of the right of Allah. In an Islamic country a married person convicted of adultery is stoned to death. Advise your wife to fear Allah. Remind her of death and standing before Allah on the Day of Judgment.
If you have already done this and she is not heeding your advice or she is taking advantage of your softness, then you should consider taking a firm stand against her. Separate from her until she changes her ways and repent. If the separation does not jolt her to change, then there is no point in being with her. Accordingly, issue her an irrevocable divorce (talaq-e- ba’in) and move on with your life. Educate and nuture your children to the best of your ability.
