Third-Party Insurance On A Motor Vehicle
Question
Is it permissible to take out 3rd party insurance on a motor vehicle?
Answer
Voluntary Third-Party Insurance on a motor vehicle is not permissible as it contains elements of interest and gambling which are forbidden in Shar’iah.
