An Imaam Who Wears His Garments Below His Ankles
Question
What is the status of an Imaam who wears his garments below his ankles?
Answer
This should be brought to the attention of the Imaam as it is possible that the Imaam is unaware of his action. However if the Imaam continues wearing his garment below the ankle intentionally after being informed then he will be termed as a Faasiq and his Imaamat is Makrooh-e-Tahreemi.
