The Seventh Share In A Qurbani Animal Being Stipulated As Nafl
Question
If six shares of a Qurbani cow are stipulated for Wajib Qurbani, can the seventh share be stipulated for Nafl Qurbani?
Answer
If six shares of a Qurbani cow are stipulated for Wajib Qurbani, and the seventh share is stipulated for Nafl, the Qurbani will be correct on behalf of everyone. The condition for the validity of Qurbani is that everyone must make an intention for Ibaadat, regardless of whether it is Wajib or Nafl.
