Sheep Grazing On Waqf Land
Question
A brother has purchased a piece of land and donated a section of the land as waqf. He has a few sheep grazing on the waqf land, is this allowed?
Answer
If the donor had stipulated this when making the Waqf then it is allowed otherwise it is not.
