Question

A woman starts her journey in Ramadaan while in haidh (menses). After some days. she becomes pure.

Will she be entitled not to fast in that Safar as a Musaafir may delay his fast?

Answer

If after becoming Paak (during her journey) she travels a further distance of 77 kilometres or more, then she will be categorized as a Musaafir. Now, she may delay or postpone her fast to a later stage.

However, if after becoming Paak, she did not travel any further or she travelled further but less than 77 kilometres, then she does not fall in the category of a Musaafir thus it will be incumbent on her to fast, and delaying her fast to a later stage will not be an option as in the case of a proper Musaafir.
