A Murtad (Apostate) Inheriting From A Muslim
Question
A Muslim Man has Murtad kids. Do they inherit from hi?
Answer
An apostate (Murtad) is not recognized in the Shari’ah as an heir. Therefore, he/she will not inherit from his/her Muslim parents.
