Ejaculating by touching one’s wife whilst fasting
Question
A person touches his wife whilst fasting and, as a result, he ejaculates. He did not engage in any relations whatsoever. Is his fast invalidated?
Answer
His fast will be nullified and Qadha will be obligatory upon him. [Re:- Fataaawa Mahmoodiyyah Pg.145 Vol.10]
