Selling shorts
Question
If a person owns a clothing store, is he allowed to sell shorts that are above the knees?
Answer
If it is known that the shorts will be worn in such a manner where the Satr will be exposed (as people do not wear it as an undergarment), then selling such garments will not be permitted. It is not permissible to sell clothing which we are not permitted to wear. [[i]].
