Becoming Baaligh After Emitting Pre-coital Fluid
Question
Does a boy, who has never released sperm before, become Baligh if he releases pre-coital fluid due to arousal when he is under the age of 14?
Answer
The pre-coital fluid emitted by the 14 year-old does not mean that he has reached maturity in terms of Shariah.

وبلوغ الغلام بالاحتلام والإحبال والإنزال إذا وطئ، فإن لم يوجد ذلك فحتى يتم له ثماني عشرة سنةً عند أبي حنيفة، وبلوغ الجارية بالحيض والاحتلام والحبل، فإن لم يوجد ذلك فحتى يتم لها سبعة عشرة سنةً، وقال أبو يوسف ومحمدٌ: إذا تم للغلام والجارية خمس عشرة سنةً فقد بلغا (اللباب ص71 ج2)
