Question

What is the minimum age for a girl to be married off, and can an infant girl be married off through “Wilayat-e-Ijbaar”?

Answer

Wilaayat-e-Ijbaar is where a Wali gets his son or daughter married before reaching Buloogh. If the father or the grandfather gets them married, then they have no choice in the matter after reaching Buloogh. However, if anyone other than the father or grandfather get them married before Buloogh, then they have a choice to remain in the marriage or have the marriage annulled after Buloogh.

Now coming to the queried scenario, yes, an infant can be married off by the Wali as mentioned above. There is no minimum age.
