Kaffaarah Due To Intercourse While Fasting
Question
Please can you clarify if a fast broke due to sexual activity on two days, does one Kaffaarah suffice, or must a separate Kaffarah be fulfilled for each offence?
Answer
One Kaffarah will suffice if the Kaffarah was not discharged yet. However, there is another view that states that for every fast nullified due to engaging in relations, a separate Kaffarah will be applicable. [Re:- Fataawa Mahmoodiyyah Pg.206 Vol.15]
