Minimum Amount Of Letters Necessary For Qiraat In Salaah
Question
When reciting verses in Salaah after Surah Faatiha, what is the minimum amount of letters that the verse should contain. I want to recite certain short Quranic Duas that I know by heart.
Answer
One may recite one long Verse, or 3 short verses which is equivalent to 10 words or 30 letters. [Re: Fataawa Darul Uloom Zakariyya Vol:2 Pg:263]
