Question

If a person unintentionally forgot to read Qunoot in Witr Salaah, and upon finishing his Salaah he realized his error, does he need to repeat the Salaah?

Answer

If one did not make the Takbeer for Witr unintentionally, and went straight into Ruku, then one would have to make Sajdah Sahw. If Sajdah Sahw was not made, then the Witr will have to be repeated.

If he omits the Qunoot and did not make Sajdah Sahw, the Salaah will have to be repeated as long as the time remains.
