One shareholder intending the meat of Qurbani animal

Will the Qurbaani of all the shareholders be valid if one shareholder does not intend Qurbaani and only intends the meat?
Answer
Qurbaani of all the shareholders will be invalid if any of the shareholders intend only the meat.
