Question
Can the meat or skin of the Qurbani animal be given as payment to the one skinning the Qurbani animal or to the butcher?
Answer
It is not permissible to tender the meat and skin as payment to the slaughterer, skinner or butcher for rendering their services. One may give them any part of the Qurbani animal as a gift or as Sadaqah but their fees must be paid separately.
