Talaaq due to non communication?
Question
Obedience To Parents: Amr bin Murrah Radhiyallahu Anhu narrates that a man asked Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam,
“O Rasool of Allah! I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and that you are the Rasool of Allah, I perform Salaat, Fast and pay Zakaat. What reward is there for me?”
Answer
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam replied,
“Whoever passes away on these actions will be among the Ambiyaa (Prophets), the Siddiqeen (Men of Truth) and the Shuhadaa (Martyrs) on the Day of Resurrection provided he is not disobedient to his parents.” (Ahmad and Tabraani)

A. The Nikaah does not break without the husband giving the Talaaq irrespective of the period of non communication. The husband and wife may reconcile at any time.
