The importance of Jumuah Salaah
Question
There are students who cannot attend jumuah Salaah with the masses on normal time. Is it better to arrange jummah Salaah for them a bit later after school classes or they should be encouraged just to perform zuhr Salaah?
Answer
Jumuah Salaah is among the salient features and symbols of Islam. The one who omits the Jumuah Salaah without any valid reason has committed a criminal offence in the sight of Allah Ta'ala. Not being able to attend on account of school lessons is certainly not a valid excuse for omitting the Jumuah Salaah. If permission is not granted, then Jumuah should be arranged at that venue.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
