Question
I have remarried and have always been the breadwinner in the home in my previous marriage as well. I am now currently pregnant and wish to just be a housewife, what can I do? My ex husband does not look after his two kids financially so therefore I also need to also work? I need advice as a muslim woman what must I do? I feel trapped in the workplace.
Answer
There is no doubt that the workplace is definitely dangerous and destructive. Many women do home industries, like savouries, pastries, biscuits, cakes etc. and they make a business out of it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
