Greeting someone while the iqaamat is on
Question
If the iqaamat has just started, and one joins the saff next to someone one knows, should one greet them or shake hands? Or ignore them because iqaamat is on?
Answer
It is permissible for him to make salaam, as well as not to return the salaam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
