The shar'ee requirements when one is going out in jamaat
Question
Previously I had asked about the rewards of leaving ones family and going out in jamaat. Your respected self had replied that is it rewarding provided the shar'ee requirements are fulfilled. What are the shar'ee requirements when one is going out in jamat leaving ones family business etc?
Answer
If all her needs are being fulfilled correctly, in the present age if there is an emergency then there are some of her house mahram men to take care of her emergency needs and she does not feel unsafe and insecure in the place where she is living.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
