Getting married to the woman one committed zina with
Question
If a man had sex with a woman earlier, then he wants to marry the same woman, can he do it? Is it permissible in Islam?
Answer
Yes it is permissible to get married. However they should sincerely repent and seek Allah Ta'ala's forgiveness for the sin they had committed.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
