Mara sawal ya ha ke agar husband wife se kahay tum na ya kiya tu tumhein talaq ho gai ya ha lakin wife ko ya nahi yaad ke kis bat per kaha tha means isay na ya yaad ha k kaha kam tha ya kaha baat thi tu iss ka liya kaya hukam ha jb k wife ka yaad ker nay per b issay yaad nahi aa araha ha k kis baat per kaha tha ab iger wife na wo chese ker li hoiyi jb k issay yaad nahi tu kya hukum ha?
Answer
Jabke aapko shart ki tafseel ma`loom nahi aur sochne ke baawajood bhi aapke zehen me nahi aata to uski taraf dhiyaan ne de.
