Touching the Qur'an on the phone without wudhu

Can I touch the Qur'an on the phone without wudhu?
Answer
It is best that the Qur'aan be recited from the Qur'aan itself, rather than attaching it to your phone.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
