Deriving haraam pleasure from one's own body
Question
I have received your email successfully, now there is another question from a brother, he wanted to ask that once 2-3 years before he put his own finger in his anus hole, he only did 2 or 3 times, does it means he has done a homosexual act or an act of masturbation? He is totally straight and he does not know why he did it. Please help.
Answer
It is impermissible for one to derive haraam pleasure from his body. Hence you should inform the brother that he should refrain from doing such acts in the future.

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١﴾ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ ﴿٢﴾ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ ﴿٣﴾ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَاةِ فَاعِلُونَ ﴿٤﴾ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ ﴿٥﴾ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ﴿٦﴾ فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ﴿٧﴾ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ ﴿٨﴾ ( سورة المؤمنون )
عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال ألا كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته فالأمير الذي على الناس راع ومسئول عن رعيته والرجل راع على أهل بيته وهو مسؤول عنهم والمرأة راعية على بيت بعلها وهي مسئولة عنه والعبد راع على مال سيده وهو مسئول عنه ألا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته (جامع الترمذي رقم 1705)
قال المحدث أحمد علي السهارنبوري في حاشيته على جامع الترمذي : ( قوله كلكم راع إلخ ) أي حافظ مؤتمن والرعية كل من شمله حفظ الراعي ونظره دلا أقل من كونه راعيا على أعضائه وجوارحه (حاشية جامع الترمذي 1/ 299)
