Unable to fulfil one's vow due to haidh
Question
Please tell me what a woman should do if she makes a vow in tuhur that she will read all her nafl salaah for the next 2 weeks, but in between her haid started? Should she compensate this vow? And how should she? Or is this vow maaf for her because of her haiz coming in between?
Answer
After her haidh terminates she should read the nafl Salaah that she had vowed to perform during the two weeks.

( ولو نذرت عبادة ) كصوم وصلاة ( في غد فحاضت فيه يلزمها قضاؤها ) لأنه يمنع الأداء لا الوجوب ( ولو ) نذرتها ( يوم حيضها لا ) لأنه نذر بمعصية
قال الشامي في رد المحتار: قوله ( لأنه نذر بمعصية ) لأن يوم الحيض مناف للصوم العبادة بخلاف صوم الغد فإنه باعتبار ذاته قابل للأداء ولكن صرف عنه مانع سماوي منع الأداء فوجب القضاء (رد المحتار 2/ 43)
