Aamils touching women
Question
Is it permissible for the Aamil (raaqi) to touch the woman for whom he is reciting ruqyah, even if she is with her mahram?
Answer
He must totally avoid touching. It is impermissible for the raaqi to touch. Even for him to look at her face is not permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
