What will be the shares in the following situation:
4 - daughters
3 - brothers
Answer
The estate of the deceased will be divided into 18 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Each daughter will receive 3 shares
Each brother will receive 2 shares
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
