Mahr after divorce
Question
If a girl got married and her mahr was not given to her at that time, now she is divorced. Can she still ask for it?
Answer
Yes. Mahr is the right of the wife. Hence she has the right to claim it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
