Inheritance
Question
At the moment I am married and both my parents are alive. I have 4 sisters. How will the estate be divided?
Answer
If at the time of your death, these are the surviving heirs, then your estate will be divided into 12 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Father will receive 7 shares
Mother will receive 2 shares
Wife will receive 3 shares
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
