Clause so that tenant only sells coffins and not insurance policies or funeral plans
Question
I require a clause for the following Tenant to undertake only to sell coffins only and not to sell insurance policies or funeral plans.
Answer
You should make it clear that these premises are being hired only for the sale of coffins and nothing that is associated to funeral policies etc.
