Question

I did a Kasam by saying I will not go and stay in our other house because my husband was playing with my mind I did not touch the Quran but said that may the Quran punish me I will not go back but I am thinking of moving to same house as it is bigger it would accommodate my family better is there a kafarah to pay for this or not?

Answer

If you said the words "may the Quran punish me I will not go back", then this is not a qasam. Hence it will be permissible for you to move to the house you intend staying in.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
