Eating from chipped utensils
Question
Is it permissible to use glassware that is chipped e.g. Plate, jug, etc and glassware that is ornamental but chipped?
Answer
Eating and drinking from chipped utensils or glasses is permissible. However, one should refrain from drinking from the place where it is chipped as it is possible that one could get cut.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
