Wife forcing the husband to promise that he will never touch her
Question
What to do if a wife asks her husband to make a promise to not even touch her till death (maut tak, married in 2015)? Must he make sabar?
Answer
The husband must break the promise and make taubah for it. This type of promises are not at all right.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
