Does hurmat-e-musaaharah become established through having sexual thoughts about a woman
Question
If a man is going to sleep and only thinking lustfully about a woman and gets an erection, can he marry the woman's daughter?
Answer
Just by having sexual thoughts about a woman, hurmat-e-musaaharah will not be established. Hence, it will be permissible for him to marry her daughter. However, he should make tawbah for fantasizing in this way.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
