Q: Please provide more details as women have their hair cut in layers or front flick. We also have little boys in mushroom cuts which is in two main layers.

A: These hairstyles are not in accordance to the Islamic way, rather it resembles the kuffaar hairstyles and hence it is impermissible. As far as women are concerned then the Shari ruling in regard to them is that it is not permissible for them to cut or trim their hair. The Fuqhaha have clearly stated that it is not permissible for a woman to cut or trim her hair even if her husband commands her to do so. If she obeys her husband then both will be sinful.
