Question
I want to know the ratio of below mentioned heirs of deceased: 1-widow 1-son.
Answer
If the parents of the deceased are not living and these are the only surviving heirs, then the wife will receive one eight and the remainder will go to the son.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
