When is a sale definitive and concluded?
Question
When is the contract (transaction) between a buyer and seller definitive?
Answer
The sale is definitive and concluded when both have consented. There are other conditions that may be related to this. This is just the major principle that governs business dealings.

Fatawa SA is an independent, read-only index of fatawa already published by Mufti Online — Madrasah Ta'leemuddeen. It is not a fatwa service. For your own situation, ask the issuing Darul Ifta directly.
