Husband sending a message to his in-laws "Come fetch your daughter and her things"
Question
If your Husband sent a message to your parents saying come fetch your daughter and her things and in another part of the message he said to your family that they broke a marriage up. Does a divorce fall?
Answer
He must be asked if he intended divorce.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
