Looking at at girl with the intention of nikaah
Question
What is the permissibility of a man to see a woman without hijaab (meaning head scarf) for the purpose of marriage? According to which Imam are you allowed?
Answer
As long as the hair is covered entirely and he is seriously contemplating in marrying her, he may see her once.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
