Mere showhar har had tak mujhse wapis ruju chahty hen or me bhi unse ruju chahti hu. Wo kehte hen ke mene pressure me ake yeh alfaaz ada kie 3 bar talaq ki magar meri niyat ik ki bhi nahi thi na mujhy smjh m aya k m kya kar raha hn. Ab koi rasta nikalen mufti sahab please quke meri umer abhi sirf 20 saal he meri zindagi tabah hojayegi. Unhone maa baap ke pressure me ake yeh kaam kia mgr ab wo behad nadim he or 4 din s ro rahy hn ke mene bht bari saza de di apni bv ko jiske wo bilkul bhi qabil nahi thi. Please mufti sahab guide us.
Answer
Jab showhar biwi ku teen talaaq dete he, to nikaah fowran tootjata he. Showhar biwi ku apne nikaah me waapas nahi lesakte he.
