Using colour contact lenses
Question
Is wearing colour contact lenses permissible? Please mention all scenarios. If a person usually wears glasses now is wearing contacts with the eye colour changing, vs if he doesn't and is just wearing it to change the look of his eyes?
Answer
Colour contacts should be worn for the spouse only or when there is a genuine need, not to show off or deceive.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
