Fast breaking through masturbating
Question
If a person commits the sin of masturbation during the fast of Ramadhaan, does kaffarah become wajib? If not, why is this so?
Answer
The fast will break. However there will only be qadha, no kaffarah. Kaffarah only become compulsory in the case the jinaayat is taam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
