Inheritance
Question
A woman has 2 brothers, 1 sister, nephews and nieces. No parents, no husband, no children. How is her estate divided?
Answer
Her estate will be divided into 5 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Each brother will get 2 shares
The sister will get 1 share
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
