Will the nikaah be valid with one witness?
Question
If a man n woman accept each other as husband and wife three times in front of one witness, will it be valid? And also saying that Allah is witness.
Answer
The nikaah will not be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
