Performing Salaah behind Deobandis
Question
I was watching a religious show on TV, there was this Mufti who said that we should not offer Salaah behind a Deobandi since they say bad things about Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). How should we reply to such people?
Answer
Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) had discouraged us from listening to rumours and hearsay. If the same statement was made against those people who condemn the deobandis how will they reply.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
