Nurse accidentally injecting sperm into a woman

My friend accidentally got sperm injected into her by this nurse due to which she is pregnant but she is not even married. Is she allowed to abort the child? It is not hers. She is a virgin. What is she supposed to do?
Answer
Yes, she may abort it.
